Salop Energy are an MCS Accredited solar power energy specialist based in Shropshire. We design and install a comprehensive range of renewable energy solutions for homeowners, businesses, schools, and other sectors such as the agricultural community, commercial clients and architects. We provide a complete turnkey solution, however big or small your requirements.

Established in 2008. We specialise in the design and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal systems (hot water).

Salop Energy are based in Shrewsbury at our new offices within Maverick Business Park, Monkmoor Industrial Estate, where you will also be able to view our solar demonstration centre within our roofing partners SHARPS ROOFING, who are also located on the business park,  clients can attend and see both a fully functioning solar photovoltaic and solar thermal system.

Our solar trained roofing team will ensure that your roof will be expertly attended to during installation and with 60 years roofing experience combined within our company, your roof could not be in better hands!

History

SALOP ENERGY was established in 2008 as one of the first businesses in Shropshire specialising in the supply and installation of solar and ecoproducts.With a vision to transform the business into a leading independent provider of renewable energy solutions for homeowners, businesses, charities, schools and the public sector throughout the county.

The company wanted to offer simple, clear advice on a wide range of quality renewable energy solutions, at affordable prices, to encourage individuals and organisations to adopt renewable energy for the first time.

The company was further strengthened in 2010 with the recruitment of two new members of the team and both have been key to the continued progression SALOP ENERGY have enjoyed in our quest to become firmly established as Shropshire's number one solar energy specialist.

First appointment was Ed La Bouchardiere a highly qualified 17th edition electrician. Ed was recruited in January as our senior electrical technician and is now our team leader on all PV  installations.

The company has already established a growing portfolio of products, clients and installations around the country and is well placed to meet the growing demand for quality renewable energy solutions, sold by well trained professionals.

We can assist in the whole process to help you meet your own particular goal. Starting from an energy assessment, the project may include project feasibility, assistance with tariffs, grants and tax issues and on through to design, installation and commissioning of the complete system.

Over the last 3 years we have helped many of customers across the county to choose and install the right renewable system for them. We can also help you.
