| SALOP ENERGY have recently undertaken the installation of this impressive 10 kW SHARP photovoltaic system at a farm estate in Powys. Using 42 high powered, premium, SHARP monocrystalline modules mounted on a slate roof, combined with the latest high efficiency SMA Tri-Power inverter - the system will generate its new owner just under £4,000 of feed in tariff income and electricity savings per annum for the next 25 years.

The system will take under just 8 years to pay for itself. It will then provide our client with a further 17 years of retail price, index linked income. The return on investment is a staggering 12%. This figure is achieve without factoring any future inflation in retail electricity costs, which will decrease the payback term even further!
SALOP ENERGY'S policy of using only high quality solar photovoltaic products, from world leading brands, means that this system is built to stand the test of time. The blanket 25 year warranty offered by SHARP UK and an SMA inverter with a life expectancy of at least 20 years offers our clients further peace of mind. |

| SALOP ENERGY recently installed this gorgeous 2.8 kW photovoltaic system in Bishop Street, Cherry Orchard, Shrewsbury.
The system comprised of 15 monocrystalline SHARP NU 180 modules which were mounted on the recently re-slated front elevation.
The installation created a lot of interest within the vicinity and the feedback received has been complimentary.
The aesthetics of how the modules will look on any property is vitally important and this case highlights that with good planning and liaison with the client produces stunning results.
The installation was subject to a planning application by our client and we thank Shropshire Council for making the process a fairly straight forward one.

| IT'S SNOW JOKE AS OUR TEAM IS ATTACKED BY CLIENT'S PET PHEASANT!!
Our brave installation team have encountered numerous obstructions in the past when delivering clean energy to our clients, but nothing quite like what recently awaited them at a property near Welshpool Shropshire!
The aptly named "Psycho Duck" a wild pheasant who over the years has formed a protective bond with his neighbours from the other side of the field, proved a formidable barrier each morning as the team tried to reach the summit and safety of the scaffold.
"Psycho Duck" would run at and peck anybody who ventured into our clients back garden, thankfully they were there each morning to distract him with some wild bird seed!
The offending bird "PHSYCO DUCK" from Welshpool, Powys
Despite the attentions of "Psycho Duck" and the elements in just 2 days this lovely array of 22 SHARP NU 180 modules and SMA SB 4000 tl was carried out by the team. Unbelievably even with 3 inches of snow covering the modules the system was still generating electricity! The system will now be generating a tax free income of over £1642.00 per annum for the next 25 years and annual carbon saving benefit of 1.87 t CO2
The inverter installed was an SMA sb 4000 tl, this inverter is from SMA's new generation of inverters sleeker, lighter and more efficient than the previous range.
